By accessing or using LazyPing (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LazyPing, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

LazyPing provides monitoring services for websites, servers, domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, cronjobs, server resources, and related performance data.
We also provide alerting, analytics, reporting, and public status pages.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
You are responsible for:

  • maintaining account security
  • safeguarding your password
  • all activity under your account

LazyPing is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • misuse the Service or perform illegal activities
  • monitor systems without permission
  • attempt to access or modify server data
  • bypass any security or authentication measures
  • disrupt or overload the platform

LazyPing may suspend or terminate accounts violating acceptable use.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may affect availability.

6. Third-Party Integrations

LazyPing integrates with notification providers (Slack, Discord, Telegram, SMS, etc.).
We are not responsible for downtime, failures, or data handling by third-party services.

7. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Some LazyPing plans require payment.
Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled.

Refunds:
LazyPing offers refunds within 30 days of purchase. LazyPing does not offer refunds for:

  • unused time
  • failure to cancel before renewal
  • outages or incidents caused by external or third-party systems
8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • violate these Terms
  • misuse the Service
  • engage in harmful or illegal activity

You may cancel anytime through your dashboard.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LazyPing is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service
  • accuracy of data
  • that alerts will always be timely or delivered
10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyPing is not liable for:

  • lost profits
  • data loss
  • business interruption
  • missed alerts or downtime
  • domain loss, SSL expiry, DNS changes, or failures detected late

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
